GOALS: January

  1. Follow half-marathon training to the T
  2. Lose 5 lbs
  3. Track every bite
  4. Say "no" and don't feel bad about it
  5. Return to morning pages (probably via 750words.com)
    January is the best month for creating new goals - it's a fresh start.  
    What do you hope to accomplish?

    My 2011 goals:

    1. Become a yogi
    2. Go 99% vegan (I'm 90% now)
    3. New job
    4. Travel to Thailand/India or Vietnam
    5. Be more active in my marriage
