Fit for Fall: Workout Plan

Part 1: The Gym

RUN: 2-3x/week (outside if the weather is nice!)

YOGA or PILATES or FLUIDITY: 1x/week

OTHER CARDIO (Dance, Extreme Interval, Spinning, Zumba, etc): 1x/week

Part 2: One Hundred Pushups
Following this program to get to my goal of 100 pushups!  
(Confession: I am doing girly pushups, aka on my knees.  I don't feel bad about it!)

-Cardio 4-5 times a week usually a dvd or exercisetv
-Walks @ the local park on the weekends
and hopefully trying zumba soon!
