Remember this American Apparel skirt that everyone knows and loves?
Well. I'm happy to report that your local Tarjay carries a Mossimo look-alike for one-third the price. That's right - $10! And it's just as comfy, soft, and sweet. I picked one up in red yesterday and am fighting the urge to go back and get one in every other color as well. (i think it also comes in white, black, turquoise, and heather gray). Unfortunately i couldn't find it online, but it's pretty new so find thee a Tarjay pronto!!

I need to get one now!!
ooh thanks for sharing! i LOVE finding cheaper versions and a red skirt is a must for summer.
Cute find!
thanks for sharing, i need to grab one, and the price is right for my unemployed broke-arse :)
btw, i think it's funny that your live traffic feed says i'm in four states, wv. i had no idea where that was until i just looked it up on google maps. it is almost an hour south of me. sometimes when i get on your blog it reads me as morgantown, wv, which is correct, sometimes it just picks a weird place i've never heard of - odd n'est pas?? :)
you are tarjay queen! i love it. thanks for always keeping moi informed on all the yumminess to be found at our beloved "boutique." xo
I am so envious - really miss Tarjay (my favorite shop when I lived in the States, you should have seen how full my suitcase was on my last vacation!). Oh well - we have Topshop in the UK (had just popped in there when I saw your post the other day about the NYC store).
Oooh I can't wait til I'm back in the states and can get one! Btw, I'm rockin my purple Mossimo sheath dress (with the big shiny zipper down the back) today in Japan! My favorite Target find for $20... after my Alex McQ leggings of course!
this may be the longest i've known you to go without a blog post!
Love this! Think I may be making a detour on my way home tonight!
Cute skirt! xo Cari http://isnotfashion.blogspot.com
