and DOUBLE WOW to your shoes shelves! how wonderful! i'm so copying you. we just found our house down here, and it's sort of a compromise, in bulverde, not san antonio, so much closer to austin than being in the middle of san antonio! anyway when we move in i am doing those shelves. so great.

Love the show shelves! I have those, but for books. Never thought of them for shoes, great idea!
I know that I'm 3 years late, but I just came across this post. I LOVE the shoe shelves. This is EXACTLY what I am looking to do. In fact, I'm planning to turn my den (it's a small one) into a shoe showroom to display my lovely shoes! Thanks for such a FAB idea! I'm heading to IKEA today :)
